Niharika Singhal is an IT lawyer who has worked as a legal counsel in one of the top tier international law firms as well as a judicial and academic researcher and has been awarded professional fellowships in the internet governance space in the Asia Pacific region.

We have met Niharika at AMRO - Art Meets Radical Openness, a biennial community festival for art, hacktivism and open cultures in Linz, Austria. This year’s festival theme was “Dancing at the Crossroads.”
